All our clothes are lovingly made by hand and finished beautifully for maximum comfort - no rough edges to scratch those little necks! and the fleece itself is anti-pill so won't go into bobbles when washed.

• Polar Fleece is made from recycled soda-pop bottles. Two yards of fleece will keep 25 - 2 litre bottles out of landfills.
  
  
• It's insulating. So it keeps you warm. The fuzzy stuff, creates tiny pockets of dead air space to stop air movement. This means that it keeps the cold air from getting in and the warm air from getting out. It works just like the insulation in the walls of your house to keep you warm.
  
  
• It's hydrophobic. So it keeps you dry. Polar Fleece is made from polyester, a fibre that hates moisture of any kind. It will not absorb water (melted snow or sweat) like cotton does. Jeans and sweats are made of cotton or cotton blends. Unlike polyester which repels moisture, cotton actually absorbs moisture (a good reason why towels are made out of it!). Polar fleece actually wicks moisture away from your body, keeping you warm and dry.
  
  
• It's lightweight. So you'll be carrying less weight. It is so comfortable to wear.
